what is pms???

symptoms that typically occur about 5 to 11 days before a woman starts her
monthly menstrual cycle. The symptoms usually stop when menstruation begins

the most common physical symptoms include :
abdominal fullness, feeling gaseous
bloating of the abdomen
constipation or diarrhea
less tolerance for noises and lights
other symptoms :
feelings of sadness or hopelessness
tension, anxiety or edginess
but how to manage pms???
here are several tips :
1. drink plenty of water
2. take supplements such as Vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium.
3. tryptophan which found in dairy products may also be helpful.
4. eat low-salt diet and avoid simple sugars and caffeine.
5. get regular aerobic excercise throuhout the month.
